Our group walking holday to the Kingswood and Devoran Hotel at Sidmouth was a lovely seaside excursion.
The holiday and walks were organised by Mike Heather, with individual walks led by a further five leaders. Most of the walking was along the cliff-tops of the Jurassic Coast to the east and west of Sidmouth, on the South West Coastal Path. There were walks to Salcombe Hill, the Donkey Sanctuary, Newton Popplewell/Otterton, Exmouth/Budleigh Salterton, and Lyme Regis. The weather was mainly dry but we had stormy weather at times thanks to ex-Hurricane Ophelia.
