Welcome to Staines Ramblers

Staines Ramblers are a very active and friendly walking group in Surrey. We have around 300 members, publish over 150 walks per year and are fortunate in having over 40 volunteer Walk Leaders.

Our Group Walks

Our walks programme explores the most attractive countryside in the surrounding area including the Surrey Hills, the Chilterns, the Thames Valley, walks of interest in central London, occasional themed walks and walks in Windsor Great Park as well as Hampshire, Sussex, Kent and beyond.

Our WhatsApp Group

Our WhatsApp group was formed to arrange ad-hoc car sharing for members of Staines Ramblers and it is now also used to share messages about walks and social events.

You need to be a member of Staines Ramblers to join the WhatsApp group.

If you want to join the group, you will need a smartphone with WhatsApp installed. Then contact our WhatsApp administrator (see our contacts page or click on the picture above) giving your phone number and asking to join the WhatsApp group.
